Overview
West Front Primary Care (WFPC) was ready for a more functional space to accommodate their growing Traverse City medical practice. The previous facility operated out of three separate suites, which became hard to manage and confusing for patients, so consolidating to one large space would be an improved experience for all. To ensure WFPC optimized the new space, Windemuller partnered with general contractor Burdco to develop a design-build for this large medical office.
The bulk of this project was performed during the height of the pandemic, which was a challenge in itself, on top of working through material shortages. The project team worked closely with operations to develop a detailed schedule to accommodate the project timeline and also work around any obstacles we encountered due to the pandemic. Windemuller completed all the electrical, lighting and communications cabling for the facility successfully and in a timely manner. WFPC moved into their beautiful new Copper Ridge space in November 2021 and serves the community in a facility that was developed and designed with their staff and patients
in mind.
