Control Panels & Integration: The Full “Treatment”
Allendale Charter Township was quickly outgrowing the Allendale Waste Water Treatment Plant and was ready to expand. With previous experience working with Allendale Township, Windemuller welcomed the opportunity to work with them to upgrade their lab area, construct a new plant administration building and additional miscellaneous tasks.

Overview
This project was split between different onsite locations, including exterior work commissioning a control panel to house electronics for the perimeter gate and panel control work for the grinder pump station. Our team met Allendale’s specs and installed three large monitors with SCADA integration as well as advanced technology for the new administration building’s conference room. Our team designed, built and commissioned three control panels for the grinder pump station, administration building and the gate security system. We additionally performed PLC programming for two of the new panels. With careful planning and ongoing communication, our team balanced the numerous locations on site and wide array of work performed, which resulted in the project running smoothly and on time.
