Allyson Baumgard

As Human Resources Manager, Allyson leads Windemuller’s employee-oriented programs and practices that reinforce our high-performance culture. Joining the company in 2016, she has also managed the recruitment and ongoing development of our awesome team. Allyson holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University and has more than seven years of professional experience, primarily in the construction industry. She is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors Young Professionals, Human Resources Group of West Michigan, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Association for Human Resource Management (AHRM) and volunteers for the Women’s Resource Center in Grand Rapids. In her free time, Allyson enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids and exploring outdoor activities.
